I live in SW Missouri so I shoot for Mid March. The worst of mine is over and I they are a bit older before the worst of coccidia and other stuff. If they are born in mid March I can make weight for the first week of June sale which is the last sale before it gets too hot and the prices drop. I may wait till the tenth this year. I only have a few does so I can put them in the shed if needed I also hold first timers till November especially if they were late.
