I'm hanging in there. I got sick last night, and still fighting off a fever... so I'm not my best today. I had to get up and feed the chickens, fix breakfast, then fix lunch and popped the breaker in the kitchen. I forget that if I run the washing machine, dryer, window AC unit, microwave and toaster at the same time, the fuse will blow. LOLLong! I spent over two hours trying to clean the big coop. It isn't great, but it is much better. I did what I could with what I had.
The hens were mad that they could not lay their eggs inside, and the dog was mad that he could not get to me. The doves were getting annoyed that I was scaring their poor baby.
I will see if the floor is dry enough to put down the straw in about an hour.
How are you?
You sure can use both together. FYI, there is a product called Tri-Fen Plus, it has an ivermectin type and albendazole (Valbazen)OK, I'm going to ask this here since you guys are always on here talking. I brought home a new roo today to replace the one I list the other day. My question is, can I use both ivermectin pour on to treat for mites and safeguard to treat for worms at the same time? I don't want to accidental hurt this guy. He's going to be in quarentine for a while and I want to worm him and it looks like he could possibly be dealing with some scaly leg mites. I'll be using Vaseline on his legs too.

Then, my toddler threw his sippy cup at his baby sister and traumatized her for a few minutes, and I finally got her down for a nap and my 5 year old and 2 year old are in the TV room with the door shut. I'm pretty sure they are destroying everything in that room, but you know what? Their dad can clean it up when he gets home. It's his turn. I've already cleaned the coops, kitchen 2x today, and bathed 2 children because he had to put noodles in his hair.
I want to see pictures of your baby doves. I bet they change a lot from when they first hatch.
My daughter has been carrying around this bug today as her new friend :
She even made me dish it up a plate of food at lunch time so I wouldn't hurt it's feelings.
I am pretty sure you can, but Kathy will have to answer definitively.

those nails look bad, but he's a handsome boyThank you, I'll go dose him up now than. He's not going to be happy. He's already mad at me for holding him down and taking care of his legs but they look much better now though the scales are still sticking out all weird. I know that takes a while to correct. I had to cut the poor guys nails too.they were so long and starting to twist! Here are some pictures. He's not perfect but he's not bad either![]()
