Good news, bad news...

Good news - Two peachicks are pipped Bad news - They are the last two of the season for me. :hit Good news - They are the last two of the season. Why is this good? Because it's getting too cold and I don't want peachicks indoors this winter! Bad news - 36 clear pea eggs. Not a surprise, the males dropped their trains a month ago and haven't been mating. Good news - No peachicks in house this winter. -Kathy
 Sorry about the clears though.
:love you are not helping me i love them all! :love
Sure she is! Helping you decide to get some!
Peachick is out! -Kathy

It's a good idea to lift the door to see if a loose hinge is the only reason it's not shutting.
It's a bad idea to forget to make sure that the latch is bent backward to prevent it from accidentally locking.
Fortunately, the big door was open in the main coop, and I was able to get out. :gig

I've crawled out a tiny window before because I thought the coop door wouldn't latch. Now there a wire out to the latch.
