The essential oils are really easy to get, most health food stores have it. Or you can do what I do and order online, Amazon and Ebay have plenty of sellers that sell it.

I don't see why it wouldn't work, I have a comfrey salve with rosemary in it that works wonders so I assume it'll work here too. Just depends on what you want to use it for, I suggest researching. I don't trust Young Living, Aura Cacia, or any of those "members only" type EO scams. Someone did a chemical analysis test on many of the most popular EO brands and the majority of those really popular ones came back as having either adulterated their oil or outright lied. The only reason NOW Foods came back in their peppermint oil test as not matching was because there's a possibility they don't use peppermint EO sourced in the United States. European-grown peppermint oil is vastly different.

Question....  we are making plantain balm for healing wounds, sunburn etc.  is there anything I can put in with the beeswax and coconut oil for smell that also has healing agent and can mix with the other ingredients?

Only add 15-20 drops of oil to every ounce of salve.

If it helps I'm doing a balm/salve how-to on the Hippiestink.com website tomorrow so you can check it out then.
