Banana Bread Recipe

2-3 overripe bananas, peeled
1/3 cup melted butter
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
1 1/2 cups AP flour

Preheat oven to 350°, and grease a 4x6 loaf pan.
Mash bananas until smooth and mix w/ butter. Mix in the baking soda, salt, sugar, beaten egg, and 'nilla extract. Mix in flour. Pour into loaf pan and bake 50-60 min @ 350°. Cool completely, and eat the whole thing quick before the urchins arrive.
