BANANA BREAD

2 C flour 3/4 C brown sugar
1 tsp baking soda 2 eggs
1/4 tsp salt 2 1/3 C mashed bananas
1/2 cup butter

Grease 9x5 loaf pan. Pre-heat oven to 350*
Mix the flour, salt and soda. Cream together the butter and brown sugar. Mix all ingredients together. Pour into pan.
Bake 60-65 minutes. Cool in pan for ten minutes, then flip out onto cooling rack.

BANANA MUFFINS (works for any fruit)

2 Cups flour 1/4 C honey
2 tsp baking powder 2 large eggs
3/4 tsp salt 1 tsp vanilla
1/2 c softened butter 1/2 cup milk
1 cup sugar 1 cup (about 2) bananas

Place oven rack in top 1/3 of oven. Preheat to 400*
Grease muffin pan
Sift together flour, salt and powder. Set aside
Beat butter until creamy, then add sugar and honey as you continue beating. Beat in the eggs, vanilla and dry ingredients, then the bananas. You can allow to rest for a few minutes for higher caps.
Fill muffin cups, and bake for twenty minutes. Remove from pan immediately, and cool on a wire rack.

These muffins are so darn moist and fluffy, you will want to eat them all.

The lady at the post office agreed to go back and meet me when I got off.
Here they are. I can't wait to really see them tomorrow. I did not want to bother them anymore tonight. Just getting them food and water and a quiet place to rest.

Hey y'all. Been gone because I ran out of data. It was terrible because I missed everyone!

So update on my lil chick who was injured. Sadly,she went downhill. I brought her inside and within a few hours,she passed. There must've been something internal. I am so saddened by this however,I know she's with my other chick ,Hope,in heaven. No more hurts for my lil girls. Thank you everyone for the prayers.
