I thought everyone would like a Mira update. Her feathers are starting to grow back in certain spots and she's competely integrated back into the flock. She's such a strong little girl :)

I'm glad she made it. I had a hen survive quite a neck injury but my Tom turkey did not.

Thank you. I'm sorry you lost your tom :( I'd be heartbroken to lose one of my sweet boys. Romeo and Dinner (they need their hugs daily)

Lookin' good, Jess. How y'all is?

Doing great here. Busy with school and all the kids' activities. Between dance and music and girl scouts and... lol

It was sad. Bought four Narragansett's three hens and one Tom. That put a stop to my hatching their eggs. Lady I got them from didn't have anymore. I thought about letting them go outside of the coop while wild toms where around. That lasted about one hour they stayed around real well then down the road they went looking for adventure. I had to herd them back.

Because of thread issues I could keep up today. Craft fair was alright. I made $37. We'll see how tomorrow goes. :fl

I put photos in granny's thread this morning.

Not bad for a Friday are weekends busier? Do you pay a table fee?

Tomorrow is the last day and should be better. Booth fee is $60, but it's bestie's booth so she paid. She made $83 today. I only contributed a few things.

It's good to have a booth mate with you. Friends of mine wanted me to join them a few years back but I never got enough stuff around. Daughter did a food booth at one craft fair many years ago. Our location wasn't good enough to make the space rent let alone the food cost. Fortunately she had a coffee/deli shop and wasn't a total loss. It was fun going up and down the rows of crafts though.

opened, and wetted down.

Day 25, hubby assist hatched the egg. he took the aircell shell off, opened it up poked a hole for air and put it back into the incubator to see if it can survive till morning. Crossing fingers the baby can do something :(

photo above was after he wetted it, and followed all the instructions for assist hatching once he saw the condition of the air sac.
