Incubating with a little giant

I may try filling in the holes on the bottom of the bator (there are four of them and I have no idea why they are there), and then I would not have to worry about water leaking out. May be easiest solution

They can get frustrating. sometimes I think if you breathe on them wrong you will lose chicks. But it is a learning experience and I have had ok success with them if things go just right.

this time I put two extra saucers of water to get the humidity up and a 2-3 pound weight on top to help with the seal around the edges. I am going to do my best to not open it, and fill the water trays using a bottle with a straw attached. I have 9 turkey eggs in there and would really like a good hatch. So far the temp is very constant and I am on day 5 today.
