Incubating

I have had eggs incubating now for 27 days. First half of the incubation period was in a cooler with water and a heating pad. I have 2 eggs remaining and have tried putting them in large bowl of warm water to check for movement but don't see any. Should I stop the process?

What kind of eggs were they? Chickens? Ducks? Guineas?

Also did you have a thermometer and hygrometer in there to verify temperatures?

Have you tried candling? A flashlight in a dark room might let you see if anything has grown in there.
