incubation coming to an end, when exactly do I go into lockdown?

I set them at 6 pm on Wednesday March 30th. When do I start lockdown? Saturday or Sunday? I was planning on Saturday, but then I saw something on here saying you dont count the first day and I got confused.

This is one of my eggs on day 14.

It will be fine if you do it on either day. I would lock them down on Sat evening just in case you get an early pipper!
