I'm getting 24 Courntix Quail egg's tomorrow (Texas A&M) can anyone give me the specifics on temps and humidity for incubation. I have a forced air hovabator with egg turner. I've hatched chicken's but not quail and I wasn't sure if the temps and humidity were the same.

Thanks

It's all pretty close 99.5 is about standard. I keep my humidity around 50% and up it a little with a sponge on hatch day. I've had no problems, I have 120 due to hatch on friday. I've been known to mix hatches with quail and chickens just gotta put your quail in a hatcher or they will get stuck under the turner. Good luck!

Maybe in an incubator that operates outside the laws of physics and nature. Coturnix are pretty fast hatchers, but don't over cook your eggs to get a quick hatch.
If you do everything right, then somewhere between 17 and 19 days you should get your bulk hatch.

My coturnix have hatched on day 16. I have only hatched out about 200+. I have let the unhatched eggs sit in the incubator until day 21 but with no avail. I stop turning on day 15 and keep humidity at 50-60%. But every hatch is different.
