That data/information is way out dated. Humidity during incubation should be around 30 to 40% and raised to 50 to 55% for the last 3 to 4 days of incubation, for Coturnix quail.I thought it was supposed to be 45-50% humidity at first, then 65-70% for lockdown.
New World quail should be incubated at around 35 to 45% humidity and raised to 55 to 60% humidity for the last 3 to 4 days of incubation.
Going over 60% humidity will cause problems for the chick's, ie; stuck chick's, crooked toes.
