Incubation, egg turning

So my egg turning controller is not working, is it OK to have the eggs turning back and forth (45 degrees) continuously? or is that not good for them. I work and am not able to turn them more than twice a day otherwise. Any help is appreciated. The motor is a 1 rpm motor so they will go full cycle about every minute, it is slow and non jarring but just don't know if constant movement is OK?

It is better than no movement.
Perhaps you can turn it on while you are at work and then for a little while in the evening before bed.
