Incubation nightmare.

I moved it to a paper towel. It seems very alert and active. My incubator is tiny and I don’t have a cup or bowl small enough to fit in there.
That’s all you can do
Hopefully baby will absorb and be okay
At this point you have done what you can now it’s up to the baby to do the rest

Another thing is with it moving around it could rupture the yolk another reason to keep it immobile till the yolk is completely absorbed.
Instead of keeping it in the incubator maybe you could get your brooder really warm, put a towel over the top of it to keep the heat in, and then put the little one in the brooder in a little bowl of some kind since it wants to move about. Miss Lydia is right about keeping it still until that yolk is absorbed.

I did end up moving it to the brooder and it looks like a good amount of the yolk absorbed but it’s very weak and lethargic now. I think it may be a goner but I’ll keep trying.

@ScooterMcPooters
Any update on the baby this morning
So it’s still alive, weak and lethargic. The yolk sac was mostly absorbed but dried and disconnected. I cleaned the area and put some antibiotic ointment around it. I’ve given it some electrolytes throughout the night and morning. Only a few drops at a time. Sometimes it seems to be gaining strength, but I won’t hold my breath. Other egg hatched fine no problems with a loud happy ducky. They are both in. The brooder now. I’ll keep trying as long as the little one does.

Thank you for the update
My fingers are crossed it pulls through
You did the right thing with the belly
Congrats on the second baby

I had one hatch that was like that. I put in the brooder and went to bed expecting to see that it didn't make it in the morning. I was afraid to look when I got up but it was running around like crazy the next morning. Hopefully, yours will do the same.
