Incubation problem!!

I have 1 more question.... I have a egg that already was incubating before I got it and I have no idea how far along it is. It is a bantam egg and I think it is on day 16 but how do I know? My other egg is on day 18, should I put it on the same schedule?
you can look it up I don't know if it is the first day or the first nutrition from the yolk sac still so even if the one hatches earlier than the others it may be fine just to leave it in the incubator with them although I would worry about leaving a bantam chick in the same incubator as regular size chicks because it could get stomped on but if it hatches early you could quickly take it out of the incubator as long as none of the others have hatched if you want to risk that it would be better than waiting until some of the others have hatched and take it out because after they start hatching they need the humidity to help them dry off so they don't get sticky I'm sorry if that doesn't make sense I'm trying to do a few things at once

As a general rule you do not want to mess with lockdown but that is mostly after an egg hatches if none of them have hatched and you do it fast enough it should be fine because I have heard of other success stories that way. I would advise that you leave the chick in there until it gets mostly dried off before you move it to another brooding area
