Dear Lord - I am having MASSIVE technical problems around here! First, my husband broke our good camera yesterday, meaning we have to use the icky camera and it is a pain to load any pictures!

Now, it appears I have some kind of computer virus - I can not open Firefox - only Explorer! My husband has been on the phone for a LONG time trying to see what's what....ARGH!

OK - Breeze is doing well - she's SO dark! Mark is calling her "Chocolate Breeze!" LOL Will work on getting the pictures up - if I can!

Alcatraz (10) is still peeping, but made not much more progress. Sounds like it's time to intervene, and think good thoughts!! Right?

YES LETS GET HIM OUT, he's been trying since this morning, if we don't do something soon, he may give up on us.

Now this guy is going to be tricky but I don't want you to stop until he's completely out, by now I'm sure all he's yolk is absorbed. His veins are probably not but there won't be much in them to worry about, so he may bleed in the process it's ok, just apply pressure, don't put him back in until we are done though.

Make sure I have my terminology right - pipped? I noticed the CRACK last night. When you say pipped, do you mean when he poked his beak into the air sac? He didn't - his head is at the point of the egg, but the air sac IS at the round end! He's a mess!

First thing to do is can you see his beak where he has made a crack, if not then I need you to very gently peal just a small amount of shell to expose his beak, if he beak is showing, good will proceed to the next step.
