Incubation progress of Muscovy eggs

Now going downwards peal off more shell go towards under his beak. On a side wards peal.
I want to make sure I understand you - we just went from the pointy end of the egg - where his beak is - to the round end of the egg - where his air sac was. Do you want me continue around the shell from where theair sac was to around the shell UNDER his beak, or go from side to side of the egg - wing to wing?
 
If you hold him side wards with the top of his head up to the ceiling, and the air cell is to the left of you and the pointed end is to the right of you peal more shell off going down so you would be going underneath his belly..
