Incubation progress of Muscovy eggs

This is one of the eggs I cracked open last night.
A friend told mee that "snotty" part is an indicator about the layers desire to have her eggs fertilized?
If this older egg isn't fertilized, would it be safe to say the others won't be either?
Incubator will arrive next week and it's looking like it might stay in the box for a while. Waa waa lol.

it looks like the glare is covering the important part. Can you get a better picture of that part of it?
The "snotty part" is just connective tissue, doesn't really indicate anything, as far as I know

That is the clearest photo I can get of that bit. I had to crack a new one as the other had sat all night and the yolk stuck to the bowl.

So looking more closely at the one I cracked this morning, there are two small circles on the actual yolk. They are faint in the middle then darker white around the outsides.
(throws hands up in the air) Maybe I will just wait until the incubator arrives, put them in, and check after a few days.

Crack open a store bought egg and that's what a non-fertile looks like.

I did that with one of our chooks eggs (no roosters here) and there were some slight differences but I really don't have a confident clue what I'm seeing.
Oh the fun and games of learning:)

Would it help if I took a some pictures?

Okay folks. What are these two blemishes on the bottom of the pic to the right?
I have been looking for so long that I've convinced myself it is fertile lol but then there wouldn't be two marks would there?
