the one that had movement was layed in 2/3. the one I'm worried about was layed 2/1, the one that is hatching is being weird... it hast the whole air cell part of the egg off but the membrane is still surrounding the chick except for it's beak. what the?

ok, but if it already zipped the shell, it may need help. Has it started zipping?

Did you chip the shell off, or did it do it itself? The membrane needs to be moistened with some coconut oil, or Vaseline. As long as the beak is free, and the membrane isn't stuck to the chick, it should squirm out on its own. You don't want to pull it out, it could be still absorbing yolk.

it did everything by it's self, i did moisten it but, with water. the beak is free but the membrane is still stuck to it. the blood vessels seem to be receding. i will use some Vaseline on it's membrane. thank you!

the chick seems STRONGER! today and the one from 2/1 has piped. the egg that is hatching right now is peeping to the one piping, it is so cute, the blood vessels have receded more and i have been able to peel a little more of the membrane off.
