Incubation

My eggs been on the incubator for 24 days now and they haven't hatched the incubator is set on 38.7 Celsius

What are you hatching? Have you been candling the eggs to check that they are fertile and have been developing? Are you using forced air or still air? How has your humidity been? Are you using a built in temperature reader on your incubator or are you using a separate thermometer you know to be accurate?

Sorry for the million questions, but this info will help us figure out what's going on.

What incubator are you using? You should water cancel eggs, if they float and move a little then they are still alive and should hatch. I latest eggs would hatch is 25 days or a bit over so wait until then.
