Incubator can't hold temperature

It sounds like your thermometer is reading radiant heat off the bulb an not air temp... Even with no insulation it should not drop that fast. Try moving your thermometer to the far corner an see what reading you get then an readjust... You could also have way to much ventilation. My glass fish tank only dropped maybe a 1/4th of a degree in one minute. Would have to go back an check my video to be exact.

I have that exact thermostat that you have in that video. I got it from Lowes. The thermometer is already on the furthest point from the light bulb. I've put an aluminum foil in between the light and the thermometer probe to see if that will help me get a more accurate read. I'll keep trying, I'll get it one way or another...
