Incubator cleaning

I use Citrus Degreaser by Zep. My husband even uses this to clean out our stinky fishing coolers. It's all natural, safe, and easier on my nose, eyes and lungs. I just spray it and let it sit in the bottom half while I go and wash the wire. Then, I rinse the wire and run my hands through the styrofoam part making sure to get all the corners. I don't use a brush because it could cause the syrofoam to start breaking apart which addis tiny places to hold smells. I then rinse, the bottom really well. Air dry. Don't get water or anything into the electrical components of the top. I spray a soft wet rag and gently wipe the top and rinse carefully by rinsing out my rag an wiping the top several times until it doesn't feel like it has cleaner on it. It doesn't work well at getting rid of stains, but it sure gets rid of the stinky egg smell. I can handle stains over stinky egg smell any day. lol. I hope this helps or that you find lots of useful tips.

Thanks for the replies. I'm not sure what the Miltons is that was mentioned. I am looking for something that will soften the poop and the other stuff so it can be washed away easily.
