Hi All!
So its my first time raising eggs. Im picking up a couple dozen Muscovy eggs Monday. However the incubator will not get here until Tuesday. Will the eggs be ok? Is there some place I should keep them until the incubator comes? Thanks for reading!

They'll be fine at room temperature. Set up the incubator and make sure your temperature and humidity are stable before putting the eggs in. Most people run it for 24 hours before starting incubation to make sure the temperature isn't going too high. Good luck!

I keep mine in a carton pointy end Down with the carton tilted on a book in a cool room. Then tilt again the next day. Run the incubator for no less than 12 hours before putting in eggs. I then bring the eggs to room temp before incubation for about 6 hours. Will these be layed flat to hatch or pointy end down? I hand turn all my Duck eggs.
