Incubator did not reset properly

I reset my incubator with my 12 eggs and checked regularly for temps and humidity for 3 days. I also forced a turn each day but only once. On day 3 I started noticing the eggs were not turning. Checked the incubator and the days were not set. So no reset even though on day 1 it read set for 21 days. I have reset the incubator and expect it to work properly from now. My question is will the eggs still hatch properly or will I have problems? I am scheduled to go out of town one week after the chicks are due to hatch and will have someone else caring for them. That person does not need to care for chicks needing special treatment.

What brand of incubator is it?

I have countdowns on mine too and just set them to zero.

Pull the rack and raise the humidity on the 18th day if that's chickens you're hatching there!
