Incubator disaster

Just bought this incubator at an auction but I don't know how to fix it.

Is that a hot water heater thermostat?

Also i think it is less fix it as put it together

The thermostat will hook up to the heating element on those 2 screws there.

I believe picture 1 & 2 is the heating element.

This looks like a home made project to me lol


Im going to have to further look at this to figure out how it is suppose to go together lol

Could you give me some more photo's of the heating element? (Pictures 1 and 2) I need to find where they hook the power up to it
