incubator fan question

i have the hovabator 1602N still air. can i install a pc fan like i did in my homemade bator, just install in the lid where the turbo fan would be if I had one?

I know people add pc fans but I havent the slightest idea as to were to put it sorry.

I just got my Hova-Bator last week and added this fan yesterday. I han't put the 12 volt power supply in this photo yet but I have it in there now. I am running it now for a test and it seems to be doing well. I have the fan running so that the air is being pushed upward.

ok so is that a regular incubator fan or is it a pc fan? is it best to put it blowing up or down?

that looks like a pc fan, and i put mine to where it blows up, but some people say either way is fine.
