Incubator from EBay!!!

I have bought a incubator from eBay. And I holds 7 eggs. It seems to work really well but I am unsure how to turn the eggs because you have to place the eggs upwards?!! I am also unsure which way to place the eggs? Is it pointy way up or down? And there are quite a lot of holes in the incubator and I am scared the chick may get stuck in it and I will not be able to help him. Has any one els had this incubator is is yellow and it hold 7 eggs. I really hope this will work has it worked for anyone els??

To rotate eggs (sure it doesn't do something to rotate them automatically???)

Tip the incubator to a 45 degree angle by propping it up on something, then next time you want to turn it make the edge that was up, the edge that is now down... again tipping the incubator at a 45 degree angle.

For hatch hopefully you can take out all of those bottom parts with the odd holes so that there is a flat bottom.
