Incubator Help and Tips?

I am thinking about incubating some chicks this spring from our flock. I have tried using it once unsuccessfully, and I think the issue was that the temperature and humidity were off, and the eggs might not have been fertilized... I would really appreciate any advice on how to have a successful hatch thanks in advance everyone!
