I looked at it and i saw what looked like a fan. I will post a picture of the inside.

Here is a picture of the inside of the top. It has a fan in it. I checked and it works.

Do You Know How Long Its Been In The Barn And Not Used? If Its Been A Long Time I Would Change The Thermostat Before I Used It They Are Like 10 Bucks Or Less

I Usually Get Mine At Coop I Always Keep A Spare One Around Just In Case. Anyway Good Luck With It

You need a new wafer for the thermostat, but you don't want to get a new thermostat, the wafer thermostats have been around for over a hundred years, and they are still being used, wafer thermostats are good thermostats. You really got lucky, getting the incubator, turner, and the fan. Cha-Ching!!! You should feel like this right now.
