Hi there. I have a new Little Giant deluxe incubator. It has the circulating fan and egg turner. I cannot figure out why, with the fan, the temp is so off in different parts of the incubator. If I put the thermometer in the middle, under the fan, it is 99.5 but just one row to the left it is 3 degrees less and the right side isn't even consistent with the same spot in the left. There is no consistency from row to row. Anyone else have this issue and what do I do about it. I have an additional thermometer and it too, shows no consistency. I do not want to send these eggs into certain death by cooking or freezing them.

Hi and welcome to BYC - glad that you have joined us.

I've never used an incubator, but i would suggest that you type "incubators" in the search thread and going from there. I know that there is a very active thread on incubators, as well as an easter hatch-a-long which may be useful.

    All the best

Sorry I have never incubated eggs either. You might post your questions on one of the current Easter hatching eggs (contest) threads running right now.
