Incubator Help

If anyone has this incubator i need major help! Everything seems to be working fine except the automatic egg turner. I have it plugged it and have tried to get it to work to no avail. Has anyone had any luck with the automatic egg turners in these before? Thanks in advance!

How long have you had it plugged in? My turner actually turns very slowly and doesn't appear to move. But checking back later it will be in a different position.

Try re plugging. Different incubators work differently

I've only had it plugged in about an hour. I hope that's my problem! Thank you for the information!

I have tried re-plugging them as well as resetting them from the digital screen.
