This winter I bought a new incubator from EBay and I am trying to hatch some chickens with it. I lost the instructions so I don't know how to solve my problem. My problem is this: if the humidity goes under 45% it starts to beep and won't stop beeping unless the humidity gets raised or if you press the settings button, but then it starts to beep again after 5 minutes. I want the humidity under 40% for the first few days so unless I ignore the beeping (which I won't) this will be a problem. Does anyone have the same incubator and a solution?

I'm not familiar with that Chinese incubator. Does it give the make and model? Can you find the instructions for that make and model online. Can you identify the manufacturer or American agent and send them an e-mail or call them?

I too am not familiar with that brand/model.
Looking at the display panel, I noticed a "settings" button. Have you tried to set the humidity warning alarm through the settings screen? Should be able to set the warning where ever you want it via settings screen.

The only thing I can control through the settings button is the temperature and another setting that I don't know what it is, but the setting options for it are CA, L4, H4, AL, AH, and A4. I don't know what they mean at all.

On EBay it says that this kind is unbranded and I can't find anything that tells me the make or model.

AL and AH are likely your alarm low and high temp that's what they are on a thermostat I have.

CA might be how you turn on and off all alarms (i'm assuming it stands for control alarm)

L4, H4, and A4 are probably where you would set the parameters for the alarms. maybe try messing around with A4?
