Hi Friend,

Yesterday I put some eggs into my home made incubator.. Everything is fine but I have an issue. Hydrometer of my incubator always show the humidity between 55% - 60%.

I read an article says that humidity should be within 40-50 percent.

What do you think? Will this affect my incubation process? What should I do for this?

I think your hygrometer is junk, just like most of them I've used. Don't stress too much about exact humidity. Not all eggs are the same in porosity. For precision, either get a good hygrometer or a pocket gram scale.
Chicken eggs should idealy lose 13% weight during incubation.

If you want to stick with a hygrometer, this one is extremely accurate.
Amazon.com: Govee Smart Hygrometer, Wireless Thermometer, Mini Bluetooth Humidity Sensor with Notification Alert, Data Storage and Export, 328 Feet Connecting Range: Garden & Outdoor

Good luck with your DIY adventure.
