So - my first little nugget was out of the shell at 5:24 this evening! How amazing to watch it unfold, I had never witnessed it go from pip to crater to zip, and viola! After candling on day 18, I found 3 my husband and I agreed weren’t what they should be and opened them up. They were all pretty much yolk, with what looked to be a black small blob attached to the pointy end under? the air sack. I’m sure there are atleast a couple more of those, but not sure enough to be wrong. I have two I can see with external pips that are getting bigger since this girl hatched. She is fumbling all over the eggs in the incubator - is that ok? I have the brooder in my room ready to go. AWESOME

I have had three hatch, and two left in the incubator. I candled them today because I thought I smelled something and found five more for sure not developed. I hope this two left make it. Learn something new each time, and the cuteness though
