Incubator humidity

I have trouble with chicks at the end of a hatch they don't make it out of the shells any ideas

Have you opened unhatched eggs? That’s what the professionals do to try to determine why a chick didn’t hatch. If you don’t do that you really don’t have a lot to go by, you are just guessing. Even when you look it’s not always easy to figure out what happened.

Ridgerunner provided great links, do give those a look. From your title it seems you may be thinking your humidity is off. What are you keeping it at during incubation?
