incubator not working

Hi I have eggs on day 20 and my incubator stopped working any advise is welcome ?

What sort of bator do you have ?
Put the eggs in a warm place, 99ºf , in a box with a wet towel in there. At day 20 they should be pipping. Can you hear them ? If you can your chances of sucsess are high.
