Incubator Problem

I have a Nurture Right 360 incubator that worked just fine last year. We set the first 2020 eggs and the automatic turner will not work. I can manually turn the eggs by simultaneously pushing the “+” and “-“ buttons. Does anyone have an idea as to what I can do to make the turner work automatically?

Have you reset it? It needs to be reset after each hatch to get it to start counting down days and turning again.

No problem Hold the Menu and - button down at the same time until it beeps.

It got me the first time too, haha. I didn't know why it wasn't working, reset it as a last resort, and then it was good to go again. You have a good weekend too
