Incubator Recommendations Please

HI, we are getting ready to incubate 48 eggs in two identical incubators (Little Giant 10300 Air Circulator), and after leaving them up and running for 24 hours (empty), we are noticing discrepancies in temperature readings. Comparing the reading on the incubators to our digital kitchen thermometer (which has been calibrated), one reads up to 10 degrees higher and the other about 7 degrees lower even though they were both set to the manufacturer's suggestion of 99.9 degrees F. Frustrated (these are both used, and we personally haven't used them in over a year), we are thinking maybe we should just invest in a new incubator for chicken eggs. We would greatly appreciate any recommendations, reviews, advice, etc. Not looking to spend more than $200.

I personally don't use one but have heard nothing but good things about Brinsea.

I have heard that sometimes the factory set readings can be off on the digital incubators. I would just adjust the temperature and go from there. But if you do want a new one I have heard others say they like the Naturerite360.
