Incubator Recommendations?

I have both Brinsea and just got the NR360 for my December hatches. I LOVE the Brinsea, but it is twice as much as the NR360. The NR360 seems to be the one that most people use on BYC and everyone is very positive about it. I was pleased with the way mine worked as well. I do not like the way the lid fits, only draw back I have found so far.
@CluckNDoodle has an excellent thread about the NR360 that is still running! 😊
Great! Thank you so much!

I recommend the Hovabator Genesis 1588. For about $20 more you have more than double the capacity of the NatureRight, and you can add the auto turner later if you want to.

Have any of y'all had a problem with yours breaking? Would it be wise to get a replacement plan? Or is that an extra $15-$25 that's not really necessary?

For the NR360? I haven't had one break from higher than average use for two years yet but I can't lie, I broke one because I was clumsy and slammed one on the hardwood floor, empty after cleaning it, fortunately (I used to have 3 NR360s). I'm sure it could have been fixed if I were savvier with the inner workings of electronics but sadly I couldn't figure out how to fix the fan and never took the time to rig anything else in there so the answer is, yes, I broke one, lol. I'm not sure the replacement plan will cover clumsiness though?

I bought mine a few days ago from Tractor Supply. I did opt for the 2 year extended warranty. She did say it covers anything. She also specifically said it includes any damage I do to it. With 3 kids and dog that sounded good to me. If I ever have to return it I'll post about it in the @CluckNDoodle Nurture Right thread. The associate said there is an extended warranty number. You call that's they give you a number or code of some kind. Then you return it to the store and they exchange it for a new one. I don't usually spring for extended warranties. This was my exception not the rule.
