Incubator Set Temperature Differs From Termometer

Hey guys! I need help, I set up my Janoel12 incubator and set it to 37.5 degrees Celsius (99.5 F). My acurite reads 99.5 F, but my two others read 101 and 102.4. Which do I believe? Two don't have probes so I can't calibrate them in slush.

I would go by the one you have calibrated, with the probe, since you know how accurate that one is from calibrating it.

The problem is that one seems to fluctuate the most, and I'm also not sure if I got the slush water cold enough when calibrating.
