incubator smells different

my eggs have been in my bator 12 days now & opened it today & it smells different, not like rotten eggs or anything like that, just different, is something going wrong? i candled 2-3 of them & they seem to be comming along fine, can anyone shed some light on this for me.

I had a rotten egg once and it made the bator smells different. I had to sniff each egg to see which one is the culprit (about 14 eggs still in the bator). I made a mistake of cracking the egg to see what's in it. Boy, it was this thick horrid smell that filled the room. Wont be doing that again, lol.
