My incubator spiked from 99.5 to like 105 it is only day 3 or 4 will this hurt them??

Chickens are tough.
Just candle in a few days and check for signs of life.

ok thanks, i took half of them and put them under a hen just in case, but I left 11 of the 22 in the incubator!
