so it will be ok to turn off for a sec and take the egg turner with the eggs on to add the water it wont effect the eggs ?

you could try to stick a straw/aquarium tube in

i need help its still going up high should iput a damp sponge in

I am fairly new to all this so take this for what is worth. I DON'T have a fan... I have not added any water at all. No sponge, no water bottle, no water in the wells. My humidity fluctuates between 28-35 with seems to be doing the trick for me in SE Texas. {I am on by 3rd egg setting} Maybe you location/elevation has something to do with not being able to get yours down...

Also, for me, the first day or two I set my eggs, my humidity stays higher and then settles down and stays consistent...

its fine now its gone to 55 and is staying there yay
