Incubator temperature falling up and dwn

So o have 14 eggs in my incubator and i done a hatch about 4or 5 weeks ago and none hatched so i decided to try again so i put 14 in on saturday night and today i realised that the incubator seems to be goin up and down a few degree from the recomended temperature and i was just wondering will this affect my chances of the chicks hatching and would this be y none of the other chicks hatched the last time?'

Not as much as the wrong mean temp.
It could be that your thermometers are off.
Unless you have reliable ones I'd try a degree or two lower for a hatch and if that doesn't work try a degree or two higher than the first hatch.
