Incubator temperature question

Well I've never watched a setting hen for 21 days straight so I can't say. I do know she has to get up and rotate and turn the eggs just like you do with a bator and if that ain't liftin the lid I don't know what is.
I'm just going to do the best I can. Anyone know how many unhatched eggs hatcheries throw out?
