Incubator Temperature

Ok I have a forced air incubator and trying to adjust the temperature to 99.5 the best I can get is .7 under and .9 over. The wafer clicks out at .9 over 99.5 and clicks back in at .7 under 99.5. No mater what I do it has that 1.6 degree spread. Is this ok for a forced air incubator?

That will be fine. Air temps will fluctuate more than the internal temp of the eggs.
