Incubator Thermometer help!

I have two thermometers in my incubator. Both of them swing a little. My digital one is reading 101-98 and my regular one is reading 102-96.

Is this a good temp to be able to hatch eggs in?

Maybe they have to be calibrated? hmmm.... Not sure... I think anywhere between 99-102 is safe.
 
find the average . i put something on how to do it in you other post about the digital thermomter.your average is around 99.92 degrees .
