Our eggs were at 21 days yesterday, we had one hatch and later that evening our incubator malfunctioned and the temp reader was not reading correctly we know this cause when we went to turn the eggs 7pm they were fine and at 9:05pm we went to check and they were extremely warm and out new chick was struggling. We removed the baby chick and placed it under a heat lamp or it was cooler and cool down the incubator in the eggs quickly. We are worried that The other babies are not going to hatch they did not survive is there any hope?

Welcome to BYC, and sorry for the situation that you are facing. It all depends upon how hot the eggs got and for how long they were overheated. Sadly developing chicks are far more tolerant of low temperatures than they are of too high temperatures.
