Incubator trouble

Little Giant Incubator will not adjust down temp is stuck on 106 how can I fix it

sounds like you need a new thermostat.

Have you tested it with more than one thermometer? Sometimes thermometers don't measure accurately. I messed up a hatch like that once.

I have tried another thermometer the incubator gets hot even when the red light isn't on and the knob is turned all the way down.

Then I also think it's time for a new thermostat.
