Incubator ventilation

i am building my own incubator to hatch turkey eggs and have read a lot about the importance of ventilation but cannot find anything about recommended size of the vents as related to the size of the incubator. My incubator is 36" x 28" x 18" and will be heated by a heat lamp. Can anyone tell me what size of vent holes would best suit my incubator?

Sorry, I too have no incubator experience, just hatches under a broody hen but I did just want to wish you all the best.

I hope you enjoy being a BYC member.
